SetuMoney is a brand of VD Projects, a proprietorship firm. By using this website or submitting an application, you agree to the following terms.

About our role

SetuMoney is a loan facilitation platform. We are not a Bank or an NBFC and we do not lend money. All loan applications are processed by our partner Banks, NBFCs and Financial Institutions as per their internal credit policies and eligibility criteria.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and a resident of India to use our services.

Your application

By submitting your application, you agree that:

• The information provided by you is true and correct.
• You authorise SetuMoney and its partner Banks/NBFCs to verify the information provided by you and to access your credit information.
• Loan approval, interest rate, tenure, processing fee and disbursement depend entirely on the lending institution.
• SetuMoney does not guarantee loan approval.
• Any fraudulent or incorrect information may result in the rejection of your application.

Communication consent

SetuMoney and its partner Banks/NBFCs may contact you by call, SMS, WhatsApp or email regarding your application. You agree that this consent will apply even if your number is registered under DND, NDNC or any Do Not Disturb list, and that such communication will not be treated as unsolicited.

No fees from customers

SetuMoney does not charge customers any fee for its facilitation or comparison services. Any processing fee or charge levied by the lending institution is a matter between you and that institution. We never ask for payment into any personal account, and we do not accept or hold loan amounts on your behalf — funds are disbursed directly by the lender to your bank account.

Your account

If you create an account on SetuMoney, keeping your password confidential is your responsibility. You are responsible for all activity carried out through your account.

Website content

All content on this website — including text, design, logos and graphics — belongs to VD Projects and may not be copied, reproduced or used for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Third-party websites

Our website may contain links to partner or third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content, and their own terms and privacy policies will apply to you when you visit them.

Limitation of liability

Interest rates, offers and other information displayed on this website are indicative and may change without notice. We take reasonable care to keep this information accurate, but SetuMoney will not be liable for any loss arising from a lender's decision, a delay in processing, or from information displayed on this website. Please read all scheme-related documents carefully before applying.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version will be published on this page and will apply from the date of publication.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Jaunpur, Uttar Pradesh.
